With a background including six years in the Hospitality industry, Kayla knows what it takes to keep customers happy. With several years working across all aspects of property management and under the expert guidance of our Senior Property Manager Toni Schofield, she has become an important part of our industrious and talented team. Kayla has adapted her skill set exceptionally quickly to property management and she is absolutely dedicated to our customers. She is a self confessed perfectionist, and works very hard at continually improving her industry skills and knowledge base.
Kayla prides herself on treating her landlord’s investments as if they were her own, and she earns consistent high praise from our customers for her keen eye for detail and her positive manner when dealing with any of the myriad matters that come up daily in the property management work space. Kayla has proven to be a keen judge of character when making prospective tenant recommendations to our customers and she is always keen to assist our customers with anything they may need to keep their investment performing at its best.
