With over 30 years as a property manager, her vast experience ensures that there is no situation she can’t handle when it comes to the management of your property assets. Whether it be day to day management of our talented team, ensuring landlord rent payments or end of financial year statements are dispatched in a timely fashion or the occasional complex matter such as managing an insurance claim or attending a hearing with the Residential Tenancies Tribunal, Toni always strives to deliver results that exceed our customer expectations.

Toni has a work ethic that is second to none, and unlike rental managers who are part focused on property sales, she is totally dedicated to management of rental properties for our customers. She has ensured that our team are equipped with the best tools to do their jobs and that our customers are regularly communicated with and kept informed. She has implemented quality electronic inspection recording with detailed colour photos, reliable financial reporting and she is presently working on upgrading our maintenance system to ensure best efficiency for her customers.
